StoryLight is not just a name. It is a mission to spread light into a “world so dark” through stories that not only captivate, but also make the world a brighter place. It was once said that “In a world too often governed by corruption and arrogance, it can be difficult to stay true to one’s philosophical and literary principles.” (Lemony Snicket) And it is just as true of the book world as any other part. However, our press, our mission, is not founded on popularity or monetary gain. It is founded on community, on quality, and on the Bible.

Community

At StoryLight press, we are not just a publisher. We are a community. We want to come alongside you, to help you turn your dream into a reality. While most indie publishers will just take your book, edit it, and take a cut of your profits, we will work with you to make your dream books, working with formatters, illustrators, cover designers, and editors. We are passionate about helping authors get their book, their light, out into the world, and we will never take any percentage of your sales or rights to your book. We believe that your book should be yours and yours alone. As a community, we also believe that we have a responsibility to help others, whether that be with marketing, proofreading, or encouraging each other, we all work together.
